Your Guide to Scandinavian Law and Legal Theory

Stockholm Institute for Scandinavian Law is attached to the Stockholm University Law Faculty. The overall objective of the Institute is to present Scandinavian law and legal theory to a wide readership in the English language. The Institute publishes Scandinavian Studies in Law (Sc.St.L.), a series of books presenting articles by Scandianvian jurists and legal experts.

The first volume was presented in 1957 and so far more than 750 articles have been published, many of them freely available in full text via the Sc.St.L. database.

Criminal Law volume 54This volume of Scandinavian Studies in Law (Sc.St.L.) addresses criminal law. The volume comprises 21 articles and is divided into five sections. In addition to the introduction the discussions concern responsibility, specific offences, sanctions, and international issues.
